Food was better than service but it was fine

Fabulous food there Tonite

Very friendly server with the food coming quick as usual. The special cocktails and drinks were also extremely good. I would definitely recommend over a lot of other places with similar food.

Great food, but the customer service is terrible. I recommend ordering the food to-go or going when it’s not busy.

I give this establishment 0 stars because the man that has been there (since I found out about the restaurant) is rude! The food is cold and the service is LITERALLY the slowest! The most frustrating Place I’ve ever spent money at and I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

They have delicious enchiladas.

The refried beans were almost water like and the rice was like plastic but the service was good

Riviera is my go to place for Mexican food in Benton. They always have a amazing service and delicious plates. Highly recommend.

This is my husband and my favorite Mexican place. We eat here most of the time, every single week. Building a relationship with the owners took some time but, we love them. Such great people! Yummy food and the salsa is always good!! Huge thing for us.

Clean, good authentic Mexican food

Come here frequently and have had most of their dishes. Hot, fresh food. Authentic flavors. Friendly staff. Excellent prices. Does take a while when they get busy.

Staff was very short in temperament and on help. The wait for lunch, even though there wasn't many customers, was really too long. Food was average.

The food was good. The customer service was awful. They hate their jobs. My friend ordered nachos and it came without cheese then they tried to charge for the cheese. Later my friend found a long black hair and they did nothing to try to fix it. Don't waste your time.

Waited 25 minutes for them to even come to my table. It was only me and my sister in thr entire resturaunt. When somebody did come, they walked right past us. They didnt give me what I ordered, but I didn't want to say anything, so I went to eat it and it was absolutley disgusting. It was bland. It was nachos but it was soupy at the bottom. The cheese looked like it was mixed in water. And it tasted like nothing buy old beans. I didnt finish it. My sister got a fajita quesadilla, it was nothing but beans. No meat. it costed 26 dollars. If i could put no star i would.

Extremely disappointed! Overly pricey, my order was wrong (take out @ work) and the food they did make had zero flavor. Not even the flavor of the vegetables used. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The food is awesome, the service is nonexistent once you get your food so refills and your ticket can take a while to arrive.

Food was mediocre at best, service is slow. Usually go to La Hacienda, but decided to try something new today. I'll be back at La Hacienda next time. Wouldn't recommend this place!

The experience of Mexican Food as different than the choices are just being finally. The staff is friendly, but normally of the time.

I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well kept consistently. Prices are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

The owners make you feel like family and their food is excellent they hand make their chips daily, which are by the way " to die for " you won't be disappointed

Awesome food

We loved the enchiladas with beans. Our kids liked rice. Meat didn’t smell good... It really didn’t take long to wait for the food. One waitress (woman) was really nice, but the other one (man) wasn’t happy, poor guy 😉

Yummy tamales and cheese dip! My husband loves the Rico rice (chicken, rice, and cheese dish) here over anywhere else in town.

The food is okay, but if we're being honest here the customer service is pretty lousy. And I don't know about anyone else but that is what makes me go back to a place is the way they interact with me

The Chile verde and pinto/refried beans are excellent!! Definitely coming back.

Highly recommend the Riviera Maya Fajitas 😋

Ordered the fajitas that were smothered in pepper/Cajun seasoning to the point it burns the nose. I believe the seasoning was so heavy to cover the smell of the freezer burned steak pieces. The shrimp was like rubber. The chicken might have been okay if not mixed in the awful seasoning. However though the cheese dip was good, chips were okay. Will never be back!

Delicious enchiladas made fresh. We ordered three meals at lunch and it was in our lap in 15 minutes. Very clean dining area and friendly service
